What we learned about exercise during COVID-19
We cannot over-emphasize the importance of getting some form of exercise during COVID 19.
The World Health organization recommends, "150 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity per week" We all know that staying at home for significant periods can be challenging for your mental health. If you are not jogging or cycling outdoors,here are a few examples of home -based exercises that would definitely help to improve your overall health
You can also add wall push ups and chair dips to your routine if you are so inclined.

How To Keep Seniors Healthy and Active

The economic situation in Ontario is challenging for many people, especially low-income seniors and families who struggle to afford the basic necessities of life. That is why Seniors Without Borders is committed to providing support and resources to help them cope with the rising cost of living. One of our goals is to create a more inclusive and equitable society for all seniors in Ontario.
